I would love to help you to feel more comfortable and improve your Tango skills. I am constantly striving to improve my own dance, and have found that yoga and mindfulness training are great tools.
In this Yoga-based conditioning workshop aimed especially for Tango dancers, we will explore; Breathing and Connection, Posture, Axis and Balance, Twists and Disassociation and Release of the Hips. You will understand how to use these tools to develop a great technique for the most popular steps in Tango. We will also add fun embellishments and practice them with grace and musicality.
I am a tango teacher as well as a certified yoga teacher.

Pen and Paper/Notebook to take notes
Sweatshirts and other warm clothing
Come dressed to work out
